Note the thymus is a lymph organ....and once most people's lymph circulation largely shuts down it might appear like the thymus is useless. With IBT as we re activate proper lymph circulation I can imagine the thymus becoming alive again. Problem is most study is made on cadavers...and the thymus can shrink to half its size in a day. Tai chi practitioners have larger thy uses generally. I think it doesn't atrophy at all actually....but can shrink when we are under stress..I.e. Illness.

Re ascaris infestation: "Municipally treated drinking water decreases the frequency of the disease." Meaning chlorine dioxide no doubt. www.healthline.com/health/ascariasis#Overview1

I can imagine....the good municipalities use chlorine dioxide. The not so clever ones use sodium hypochlorite which is toxic and usually contaminated with all sorts...making the poison outweigh the benefit. Remember mercury was used to treat syphillis...Mozart and Beethoven being cases in point...the former lost his hearing due to mercury poisoning, trying to cure syphillis. Now they are finding toxic tooth fillings reduce Lyme infestation. Similar to the chemo approach...use poison to kill bugs. The best poison to kill Ascaris is benzoquinone...which btw the body makes by itself in minute quantities. Kids with benzoquinone have no Ascaris...once they lose the ability to make it...Ascaris appears. Then Ascaris makes a substance that blocks the production of benzoquinone. Neat.

In the video..Bergman points out that all Parkinson's patients he has seen have forward head carriage that's pulling on the brain stem. Also MS patients. Now we can see how IBT helps. A chiropractic adjustment THEN IBT could probably speed the recovery up I reckon. Of course IBT has other benefits as well regarding circulation..not forgetting that. If we all pooled our knowledge...we would be far.

Dr. Jon J.P. Warner MD

Massive and Irreparable Tears
Warner reported on suprascapular nerve dysfunction in association with massive rotator cuff tears. In that study, four of seven patients who had a chronic massive rotator cuff tear associated with substantial fatty muscle atrophy and an isolated suprascapular nerve injury on electromyography underwent either complete arthroscopic repair or partial arthroscopic repair of the posterior portion of the rotator cuff. Postoperative electromyography demonstrated recovery of suprascapular nerve function. The author proposed that suprascapular nerve injury results from traction on the nerve when the torn rotator cuff tendons retract and resolves following partial or complete rotator cuff repair. Mullett reported on the role of anterior deltoid re-education in patients with chronic massive irreparable rotator cuff tears. Seventeen patients with an age of seventy years or more who had a painful massive rotator cuff tear and resultant deficits in active shoulder elevation were instructed in the use of a home exercise program. The patients were instructed to perform deltoid muscle exercises in the supine position at least three times daily for six weeks and to gradually incline the head of the bed throughout the course of the exercise program. Ninety percent of the participants reported improved upper extremity function following six weeks of treatment.

Well well...it's all already been done then. Our efforts should be to promote IBT it seems, not to try and unravel the science. That can be a side hobby. Of course once the body starts working the way it should then everything slowly..or quickly...resolves. Had a haircut this morning and realised that for the first time in twenty years my scalp was almost free from dandruff. I can only say I am becoming younger....IBT has slowed down the aging process somehow. Even reversed it to a degree. Years from now we will still marvel at this simple procedure.

Fifth month and I feel quite good...but had to crack my back using a rugby ball....which induced a rapid improvement. Seems the IBT was tractioning the thoracic spine where I have had some injuries. My kids suddenly are developing hiccups....cervical nerve to diaphragm methinks....I need to change the families pillows as I think they are not good for IBT. Cervical pillows are the way to go. I am starting to see how IBT might not be catching on the way we want....vested interests aside...true healing can be painful....no one wants pain. Also seems many people have spinal issues....which cause nerve issues...IBT might somewhat address the nerve issues without necessarily fixing the spinal issues ...explains sudden recurrence of illness when IBT is stopped ( something that bothered me greatly when I heard) Also might explain why some people take very long to see benefit. So...on the circulation side we all need to be on IBT...on the spinal issue side it might be trickier. Only with complete knowledge can we conquer illness totally...whilst everyone thinks they are smarter than everyone else...we stand no chance.

If IBT is used long enough, then damage is repaired more completely so less likely to cause relapse. Take the lady who slept at our home and regained the use of feet toes and ankle after 18 years of being unable to move them. Well, she went home and has been sleeping flat ever since and no return of old symptoms. sensation and movement still perfect.
In her case, I believe the nerves were damaged when she had surgery or through the break itself. And needed a boost. to restore connections.

In the case of getting ill when we occasionally sleep flat, I must say does not happen all the time, so I guess when your flat and there is a bug about your going to get it.

That said, we still get infected whether flat or not, but we are able to fight back much more effectively if our body temperature and circulation is maintained, rather than a 2 degree temperature drop and slower circulation sleeping flat.

But surely the ones that instantaneously get relapses when going back to flat show us that it has to be the nervous system?!? I have great plans for IBT and don't want to have a weak defense when attacked like I will be. The slightest 'failure' and they jump onto you big time. Even if it's not a failure. My experience says we learn more from these apparent faired than the successes. Medical establishments and governments love an approach that claims to 'cure everything' ...you become a victim of all their pent up bile. Even though their drugs have to be taken continuously they say...a real cure when stopped shouldn't cause an instant relapse of the illness. This point will be used by them against us.
I doubt someone who has a good nervous system would relapse if they went back to flat...not quickly. But thanks point taken. Let me not be a spoilsport....just increasing my understanding.
