That is a lot of achievements my friend, great stuff. You are what I consider a widely read person. Most people who call themselves experts in anything are only ever an expert in one subject, which is very limiting.
Myself I only know what I taught myself about health two years ago and am still a novice for sure. I am still learning and finding it is indeed a vast topic.

Actually have some sulphur from Naturodoc with me, will take some again. My friend Paul Becker, the inventor of the EarthPulse sleep system swears by it.

When did you come out the army? I notice only now that you are from South Africa? Native ? Your English suggests otherwise, but then I also know that most people around the world are better English speakers than we English.
You have cough too - how long you been doing IBT?
Lots of questions sorry about that.

Have Austrian ancestry..mixed chap. Left the military 2007. Very healthy most of my life...but then smoked a bit here and there. A year ago ozone therapy hat I did just for health enhancement started me coughing....chronically almost. Then slight all round deterioration...that Inow know to be lymph stagnation. Am onto it. Now slight back ache that feels like a correction. Thanks...I am onto it. Was interested by your linking back issues and chest issues, and remembered the chiropractors stance.

Oh I see now, and the link to Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt also makes some sense lol.
Yes I didn't know until recently that chest pain can be linked to referred pain that is truly coming from the back spinal areas that hold up the rib cage...I had to read a book written in 1920 by a pioneer cardiosurgeon called Sir James Mackenzie to know about referred pain, and even then he mentions about this in many areas that most in his time are ignoring...in fact he mentions also how most clinicians are only looking to treat symptoms instead of finding a cause of the problem. He was a consultant physician to King George 5th I believe so was no joker, and in fact I understand he is well known in modern medical community - shame they didn't read his book written a hundred years ago.
So yes referred pain in the chest especially in rib and xiphoid region can actually be referred back pain from Thoracic discs areas. My chest pain seems far less now since IBT.
Yes you may well have back issues too.

Ozone, I also forgot to mention that whenever I had an attack in my chest it often followed a coughing fit - you mentioned coughing...I never connected coughing to this for a long time and when I did I thought it was my lungs at fault.
I also used to mess around with stretching and manipulating my back to try and rid myself of mild pain there, and sometimes I would "mess around" too much and cause a chest problem, but I often didn't connect the chest pain to a back problem.

Been meaning to ask you Andrew, is there a way to private message you and other users? I haven't seen this on the forum.
