Good link on lymphatic system.
Elephantiasis is indeed an interesting case in point.

We know that ancient Egyptians raised their beds. Andrew, I believe you stated in an interview that Akhenaten (or Tutankhamun?) had a portable inclined bed ?

The controversial but brilliant scholar Velikovsky speculated that Akhenaten had Elephantiasis.

BTW, I just found another good link on lymphatic system. Seems to know his topic.

Elephant leg syndrome is a parasitic infestation....we don't have it in Southern Africa....mainly west and central. Once the parasite takes hold and the vessels are clogged it isn't easy to remove the condition. IBT might not necessarily do it rapidly. But enhancing the lymphatic system brings refreshed immune cells to the area and maybe the body may kill the infection and clean up...depending on what other areas of the body need attention. Andrew said Tutankhamun had the folding inclined bed....and what did he die of....was it a dental infection..or murder, forgot?!
In as much as the medical texts need rewriting due to gravity in the circulation as discovered by Andrew, it doesn't totally invalidate the current research and knowledge on illness. Acute infections still exist...chronic infections are a real problem, biofilm infestation needs quite a bit of attention to eradicate. I started making and taking ozonated oil to kill this cough, even my daughter is struggling to get over it. Second day on ozonated oil and it's going.....one of the strongest anti infection agents is ozonated oils. On the other hand....if the lungs still have toxicity from decades of pollution...?I might still cough for another few months as they clear. That's the way it is.
The sciatica patient improved rapidly after I inverted her for a minute twice a day for 3 days...now she tolerates the inclined bed...and the pain is gone. Note she had tried to sleep inclined for a couple months, but due to pain had reduced the incline. Now the inverter probably clicked the vertebrae back into a better position....something the inclined bed hadn't achieved yet as it works slower. Once we understand better what is going on, it's easier to fix problems with health. It doesn't mean IBT failed.....it doesn't mean hanging upside down is good for us...I just used several techniques at once.

Great points again Ozone. I will just add that Tutankhamun was probably the son of Akhenaten, and as it appears more and more obvious that Akhenaten had a form of Elephantiasis, it makes sense they would both use raised beds to help with disease. So it appears IBT can help with historical research too!

Anyhow, here is the link I seem to have forgotten in my last post...

Its about the lymphatic system and is explained very well by some Professor I never heard of. It's a little out of date but he has some good info there.

Watching Bergman the chiropractor, I just joined a few more dots!!! Bergman is totally correct....many people have back subluxations that hinder the nervous system, that aggravates illness. In fact this is probably one of the reasons people on IBT sometimes seem to get sick immediately when going back to flat bed rest...could be the IBT opens the nerves but doesn't always correct the subluxation..especially if severe!! Back spinal discs can take two years to regenerate....okay maybe much less on IBT. Like most things I have found with medicine....different specialities only focus on themselves...it only they linked their work with other areas we could be far..perhaps. My Chinese Qigong master doesn't seem concerned about infections or such, he just works the energy of the body, yet has even resolved asthma in a teenager using his fingertips!! Instead of hanging our mouths in awe, we should instantly see how this works...and like Bergman says, it's not that complicated.
On IBT almost 4 months...my middle back is telling me that there is damage there from the past.....so I used my Ranger inversion boots for 5 minutes....ended up nausea so for two days!! Confirming this nervous system link....maybe I will stay with IBT it's much more gentle. But will get my back checked soon for subluxations I think. Perhaps restart my tai chi as well....although in my case I believe too much exercise is what almost made me sick.

I like Bergman and what he says makes a lot of sense. He explains how the vagus nerve essentially controls the digestion and organs. I had no idea that back problems could cause digestion issues.

You said you were feeling sickly for three days after hanging upside down...did you experience any back pain from this?

I had another chest attack last night (second in a week) lasting several hours, and I am now wondering if its more likely liver or gallbladder related. These attacks always happen at night too and also after a big meal. Not having any episodes for two months made me think I was "cured" lol. At least they were not as bad as previous ones.

The symptoms I am seeing from gallbladder problems is closely resembling my own, yet my doctor apparently ruled liver problems via blood tests, and said its unlikely gall stones because I had the all clear from a scan about 5 years ago - but that scan was done a week after I initially done a liver flush and I didn't tell them that.

My pain is mainly in the epigastrium area and right of there just under right rib is mostly where I have a very painful ache, that becomes crushing and leaves me unable to breathe normally. Its often sensitive to touch there too.

Maybe those were gall stones in my toilet all those years ago, and now they are back and I possibly need to do another. Not something I fancy doing really. :(

For me Bergman joins many more dots...what I have seen in patients...and in myself. If one has uncorrected nerve issues stemming from the back...it's a losing battle. After hanging upside down....I had a diffuse 'old' type of back pain in the middle back, ie suddenly remembered I had had it several times in the past. Then nausea for several days. I should actually invert again to maybe unpinch whatever is pinched!! Otherwise don't think inversion is for me.
Yep sounds like your liver is spasming....although can't be too sure as the breathing is not usually that much affected, but then like you say it could be referred. Did you try the Epsom test.....during the attack would have been ideal to try btw. The medical liver tests and scans won't pick up soft liver stones either. Klinghardt has a liver massage technique that might help if you have someone strong enough to do it on you...said you were a big fella.

This might be your technique more than the liver cleanses!! Hope you resolve it soon. Meantime we stay inclined for mainly the lymph!!

I never needed to try epsom salts for my shoulder pain as its been absent for a few days or so now, but I never thought of trying it during an attack...will definitely try this next time especially as they last hours.
Unfortunately, I could not even think about doing that in the video, because anyone pressing me in that area would cause me intense pain. I always have a tiny dull pulling ache in the liver region on most days, but putting pressure there, twisting, or even pressure below the xiphoid region is a big no no for me.
I thought my doctors would have worked this out by now simply because the area of pain is so damn obvious, but no, they simply state blood tests rule out liver problems despite my protests.
Stuck with pretty much helping myself - same as its mostly always been, save for the added help from people like yourself.
Thanks.

Unfortunately that's how the medics are....I have many cases where they seemed to have missed an obvious issue,,,then go into subconscious denial when a patient returns to them having fixed it using our protocols. Amazing. Had a case with extremely high liver transaminases...We lowered them using a liver flush...next time the patient had a medical the doc said that was not possible ..that the first test must have been an error. We are used to it by now..such stories.
Maybe try the liver squeeze when there is no pain and see what happens. I still can't rule out intercostal muscle issues in your case, linked to spinal nerves. Wish you luck. I think eventually the IBT will pull it apart.
I have now continual dull back ache....especially mornings. No doubt that the IBT is resolving a very old issue...maybe what is the origin of all my health issues!! Bergman says back discs can take 6 to 18 months to recover....we know nerves can take 4 months. On IBT we can possible speed up the disc regeneration times! Futures bright either way!!!

Its the only reason I absolutely hate going to a doctor, because I know that if I cannot explain my symptoms fully enough within the first few minutes, at least in a simple enough way for them to register correctly my words and avoid their immediate knee jerk thought process, then I know it will be even more difficult on the next visit to do any better.

Actually, the only real reason I even entertain help from a doctor is because of their resources to have scientific testing and procedures done, which would cost me a small fortune. Of course I also never totally rule out their ability to generally diagnose symptoms which I expect they are much more skilled at doing than myself! Although, I am currently questioning even that now!
