Lesion locations (most affected side, if known), number of lesions : I have no idea as it's been years since i last had an MRI Scan.

MS HISTORY AND BENCHMARK PRIOR TO INCLINED THERAPY

List all of your ailments. "Try to list every ache, pain, loss of sensation, loss of function or discomfort which troubles you and at what time of day it becomes worse. Expand wherever possible.

Optic neuritis (complete blurry vision for a month) weakness in both limbs, mainly right leg, balance issues, bladder problems, sensory loss, slurring speech, cognitive problems, memory, poor circulation, cold feet and hands.

MY HEALTH HISTORY AND CURRENT PROBLEMS :--
Now walk with 2 walking sticks due to balance loss and FES (Functional Electrical Stimulation) for both feet as they both drag when i am fatigued and have occasional tremors in both ankles.

lethargy, spasm, tremor, vision, feeling cold in bed, cold feet or hands, dreaming, morning paralysis, Irritability, ability to maintain body temperature, poor circulation, lethargy, depression, loss of movement in limbs, problems with balance. sensory loss, pins and needles, night sweats, bladder control, Urine infections, spasm, memory loss, backache, mouth ulcers, down below male problems.

GENERAL GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION:
Born and bred in North London (very close to central London), emigrated to Cyprus (coastal area) aged 12 with family, returned alone to London aged 17 and have been back ever since.

Loss of balance has been affecting me for last 3 years and i now walk with 2 walking sticks and FES in both feet.

Extreme heat of cold both effect me. Too hot brings on fatigue very quickly whilst extreme cold stiffens my movement. desk based job woking in the IT Infrastructure department of a company based next to the Thames. Office is air conditioned and at a comfortable temperature.

MS treatments and results: Copaxone, LDN (3mg) and pure GABA. Copaxone to reduce relapses - relapse free for 2 years, LDN for improved energy levels, and GABA to reduce muscle stiffness. Walking sticks to aid balance when walking and foldable wheelchair when i know more than 30 minutes of walking is required.

Slept like a baby with warm hands and feet! Never had a need to get up to visit bathroom.

Update (2nd WEEK) I.T. Tracking date:_ 16/Feb/2010

Noticed improvement in left eye vision whilst shaving, also improvement in male down below function! :-)


Update (Following 2 WEEKS) I.T. Tracking date:_ 23/Feb/2010

Legs feel stiff when standing up almost as if the ligaments behind my knees are 'stronger/tighter). Stretching helps this.

Monthly Update (14 WEEKS) I.T. Tracking date:_ 09/05/2010

still the same as above but have noticed slight 'weakening' in legs and a burning sensation on sole of right foot when lying in bed, although fine when i am upright. Have also noticed a very small improvement in balance.

My heat tolerance seems to have improved. i was able to lie in the sun all weekend!

Off to Poland in July to be liberated after over 100 days of IBT! Last weekend i stayed at a hotel and slept flat for 2 nights. As a result i had lower back pain and bad memory. Now i'm back to as before the weekend.

Continue reporting using the same format, preferably once every month so that we can compare progress with other people sleeping Inclined.

I was in Poland 2 weeks ago and was treated for CCSVI as i had blockages in both Jugular veins.
