Since I started IBT something I've noticed is my sinuses are much clearer. I don't need to prop up my head on multiple pillows any more to get them to drain, and I can get to sleep quicker. I used to get eye pain because of the pressure it caused... not any more.
As a sidenote, sleeping on one pillow with an inclined bed seems to boost circulation to my scalp. The thinner the pillow, the better. Has anyone else noticed this?
