IBT while traveling

I'm surprised I haven't been able to find any info regarding trying to do IBT while traveling and sleeping at friends' homes and staying in hotels. What easy portable inexpensive hacks for sleeping inclined while away from home have you come up with?

"Best method is the plastic cone type bed raisers / risers as they fit inside each other and fairly light weight. We have also asked for lots of blankets to fold under the mattress to make a wedge. Not perfect, but better than flat.
