It's amazing what you can do when you put your mind to it. This is a superb stable inclined bed frame made by Miz Di from Facebook. I think it's an excellent method that costs very little and far superior to many purchased standard bed frames. So girls, rather than wait for your partner to get around to inclining your bed, follow this example or others in this category and do it yourself.
"Yes, I did this all myself with a drill, 4 x 4's, 3" screws, plywood, left over boxspring made out of wood and the bed and cat! This is for a Queen bed, I made the legs extra long to have storage under it. The legs are 18", 20", 22", and 24", longest being at the top of the bed, then I used plywood on top. Cindi Phoenix was my inspiration for this bed frame. She introduced me to Inclined Bed Therapy"
