My wife also used nettle tea during her pregnancies. Really Andrew...a friend still sleeping flat?? I know. Hope she has converted by now.

Would you happen to remember where you read this about making vitamin C from Inositol, or book she mentioned this in? I am interested in knowing more but doing some quick searches cannot find anything...not mentioned in her older books I have.
No matter if you can't, it would just save me some time that's all.
Cheers.
Paul.

Aw...wouldn't even remember where that was now...probably Syncrometer manual or something...or the index that was compiled by Amrein about all of Clarks writings...most people have only read a Cure for All Diseases which is just a summary and full of old ideas she later discarded. She mentioned briefly inside a topic on something else...she wasn't a good author like that, but she basically mapped out cancer quite well in the end. Now I see people like DrKlingardt obviously using her research...slowly stuff she said years back is slowly coming out. One of the greatest researches I think. But she missed inclined therapy. She would be fascinated by it as she did extensive work on kidneys and the way they change polarity during the night...and switch just as the sun came out....although it could have been as soon as the patient stood up of the bed out of being flat..come to think of it. I keep emphasizing that IBT is bigger even than Andrew has courage to admit though...everything changes.

I do know how big this is btw. We are looking at the driving life force behind every living species, behind every living cell in every species. The life force that drives a single cell to the circulation of the ocean currents, from the tallest tree to the workings of the microscopic life forms.
A none living physical force that breathes life into every single species, the force that governs evolution and gives those species that stand upright an intelligence and physiological edge over all other species.

When we stood up we changed our circulation in ways that altered the order of our brains, a fluid defrag if you like adding order to chaos. We began to think clearer and explore avenues we never knew existed.

Professor Michel Cabanac discovered that when we are exercising on a bicycle, the heat loss generated from the scalp and skin on our face, was sufficient to send the blood back in the opposite direction. A Doppler probe was placed where the eye meets the nose and revealed that evaporative heat loss was sufficient to cause blood to flow back from the scalp through holes in the skull called foramina against the pressure flow from the heart.
Cabanac was careful not to assume why this was happening

Professor Dean Falk went further, although I disagree with her conclusions, she is a specialist in the evolution of skulls and was busy examining and comparing human skulls when she noticed the formina had migrated from the back of the skull in ape and early hominid species to the top of the skull as in modern man today and early upright man. Falk wrote a paper called the Radiator theory, suggesting that the brain could redirect blood flow at will.

But Cabanac points out that there are no valves in these vessels so suggesting the brain can alter direction is in itself s miss-direction.

I put it to Cabanac that the evaporative heat loss at the scalp of his exercising subjects was sufficient to alter the density of the blood, so that it would be influenced by gravity to flow back through the path of least resistance against the flow from the heart. He liked the idea but as yet has not changed his original paper. possibly because of the controversy it would cause.

The science community and the medical community are very slow to acknowledge this simple flow and return theory, despite many already agreeing with me that gravity is not a force we struggle to overcome but a force that drives our circulation.

There, I've said enough for now :)

Thanks for that info on vitamin C, its appreciated.
Yes its quite incredible how something so simple could really be the true "miracle" humanity has somehow missed yet desperately needs.

The thing I love about this idea is it should be much easier to convince people to try it if they have health problems, at least I hope so. I am persuading parents to try it the last couple of days and I think they are going to soon. They have issues with joint pains in feet and hips, so I expect really amazing results if they actually start it.

Persuading people to change their toxic life styles has been so difficult for me to do. Talking about health is generally not easy to do with even strangers as it is, but for me its even harder with family. It has gotten to the point where I am now quite uncomfortable now talking about health matters with family members. Maybe its my communication skills, but I think its more to do with people not wanting to actually make that change, well not until they are forced to because of terrible health...that is often the time people are willing to try but unfortunately it can also be too late.

At least with IBT there is way little pressure on people as there is no product to buy, so they don't (or shouldn't) feel they are being conned. Its also very simple to do and this will be so much easier to help people than talking about nutrition. You can pretty much just say to them, "keep doing what you're doing but just incline your bed". Simple.

I am very surprised though at the lack of members on this site and lack of posts by others. I really thought there would be lots of people asking questions about this.

Thanks for that Andrew. Yes, gravity is very interesting to me and something that is very misunderstood. I think it is for sure the number one reason everything exists as it does and like you yourself have said, is far from the weakest of the forces!

That's the spirit Andrew! I actually do know that you know it's big....but it's bigger even than that! Ha ha! Paul...there is another reason for people's behavior....it's a studied emotional phenomenon. It's a tangible illness. It involves the movement of life force in the body...which indeed is related to gravity...maybe even part of. You would have to read Wilhelm Reich to understand it...or DrKonias TheEmotionalPlague. That's the closest I have gotten to understanding human behavior. So the more powerful IBT is, the more terrifying it will be to many people. In fact just as well people don't fully notice or acknowledge what it does...otherwise believe me they would react even more adversely.

Let me explain a bit more...why I say it's bigger than we realise. Reich discovered the main reason why people develop evil natures, why we go to war, why we regard our own with jealousy and deceit...but it wasn't money like we all think. Not directly. It was the way energy was used in our bodies...we become energy inefficient, then go into internal conflict. Recently it has been discovered that a lot of tension is stored in our fascia rather than muscles like Reich said...he said tissues actually. Even after years of orgonomy therapy...a person still isn't totally cured. Now imagine IBT working on loosening the fascia without us even realizing. I am beginning to suspect it could be the reason why the old Egyptians were not very violent....setting them up for being conquered later by the Hyksos, Greeks and Romans. Emotionally plagued people are more violent than healthy ones! So...the main cause of human failure of this civilization has been studied quite well to be emotional plague....but then plague might be largely caused by damage to our bodies in sleeping flat. Of course childhood trauma is the trigger....but perhaps if we slept inclined from birth, we would loosen up and not store the emotional trauma in our bodies.?? The reason why they think you are MrKnowAll Paul, is because they despise themselves....for how else could a person that I know and grow up with achieve greatness when I don't believe in myself to know or achieve great things?? Like I say, I had to study psychoanalysis for a couple years before it made sense to me. There is a story of an encounter between Reich and Einstein..they talked for four hours in German. Then Einstein avoided Reich from then on. Reich witnessed scientists literally run for dear life when they saw orgone in his lab...it sought of terrified them in a strange way. You know like when you observe a slithering snake....that you sometimes feel your kundalini moving in your spine and it makes you queasy?? Orgone affects us like that. So I suspect IBT is loosening the orgonotic blocks....the stage when the emotions go funny....and believe me anything that stirs orgone is not very welcome in this civilization. If we really knew how big this was...we would close down and go home and stay quiet. Just as well we still have ambition.

I understand a lot of what you are saying here and its indeed very interesting to read, and I am aware of Wilhelm Reich and orgone too, but never truly read much about it because it often leads into the "surreal" realms where it often puts off people from listening even more. I prefer to keep things less surreal and more tangible scientifically based, and that way people are easier to deal with.

I have lost count of the amount of times I was speaking to a scientifically trained person and mistakenly mentioned something like orgone, and they just disconnect from you immediately thinking you are nuts. They worst of them often then say something like "I suppose you believe in aliens too", to which my reply would be "of course I believe there is intelligent life outside Earth, in this vast universe far greater than us simple humans", and its received incredibly badly lol.

Like you say there is a type of "illness" psychologically speaking, but I think it really all comes down to poor brain chemistry via nutrition and bad emotional "vibes" from conception, to time spent in womb, to birth trauma, and onto those early impressionable and essential two years of life, when we are bombarded with many violences to our emerging immune systems. It then becomes far worsened by a terrible upbringing from parents who - like the vast majority - are not capable of correctly bringing another soul into this world, and not because they are willingly wanting to cause pain (nobody truly does) but because they only know what they were taught, which is terribly poor, and yet that is usual "normal" behaviour in our simple western culture especially.
Jacque Fresco is someone I have learn't a lot from when it comes to understanding people and why they do what they do. He is difficult to follow at first (he is only 96 years young after all) because of the way we instinctively love to label things, so he is often called communist with his thinking. Anyone who really grasps his ideas on how to actually save this planet via science and technology, will learn lots from his ideas.

Its always our environment that shapes us, and that doesn't just include nutritional problems but is ultimately down to toxicity, whether that be in the form of chemical, physical trauma, or mental trauma.

We are biological computers at the end of the day, and like computers we can only ever know what is programmed into us. How well that programming is done is a factor, but it also depends on the quality of the "wiring" and the type of "energy" running through the systems that make us. Environmental factors are always going to shape the way people have potential to think, but if the wiring ain't good to begin with, the programming will be flawed at some point.

So yes, it truly is the human condition that makes it difficult for humans to "evolve" into better ideas, and yet easy to create false assumptions and make technologies that cause more harm than good.
I am just rambling now and making little sense hahah.
Paul.
