Lower back pain Pain in left hip on walking distance Disturbed sleep patterns

Hi Andrew,

I am Alun's wife (I must have sinned in a previous life!)
I have recently started on IBT and just wanted to post a few of the observations I have made over the past three weeks.
Firstly I have to say that if anyone was a cynic to this process it would have been me, like a lot of people we are all programmed like robots to believe that whatever a medical professional tells us must be right, so the idea that you should sleep inclined in the opposite direction to that which is conventional was a mystery to me. Alun began this process about 3 months ago and I have closely watched his progress. I have to say that the bed looked very uncomfortable but he stuck with it and has gained so much from this process. I have seen him gain confidence, a definite improvement in his varicose veins but above all he no longer has constant pains in his legs and this is something that has bothered him for some 30 years.
It was this that persuaded me to give it a go.

I am fortunate to have little medical problems but a brief description would be;

Asthma
Lower back pain
Pain in left hip on walking distance
Disturbed sleep patterns
Some spider veins

Now out of these the lower back pain has got to be the worst. In 2005 we purchased a very good quality bed, our excuse was 'look after your back you spend a lot of time in bed'
Well the back pain began and has continued every-night since.

Since beginning the IBT I have to say, and this is an honest evaluation, I have slept like a baby, it is complete bliss and definitely not uncomfortable.
I wake up pain free almost every morning and this is a huge improvement. I used to hold back from drinking before bed because I knew I would definitely be up during the night, now this is not the case. I can drink as much as I like and not wake up.

I am drinking a lot more, sometimes 3 litres of liquid(not tea or coffee) in a day.
I still get the pain in hips on walking a distance but I genuinely don't suffer for 2-3 days afterwards as I used to.
I definitely feel more energetic.
I have not noticed a significant difference in my asthma yet but this is difficult as it is worse during summer months or when I have a cold.

In the first few days I had really bad heads and spots and I can only assume that these symptoms were caused by the amount of toxins that were being flushed from my body at that time. The odd morning I will wake up with a headache that is similar to that you would have after a real good night out. On these mornings I know that I must drink a lot more and this clears.
I have felt tingles/nerve flutters in my legs and sometimes hands, more in the first week, but still occasionally.
My period normally follows the same pattern, though not always regular. As well as the usual mood swings etc, I will have back ache for a couple of days before hand and restless sleep, stomach ache for the first day, then I will have a headache for a day or so after the end of my period. This last one though came without any warning, and this is something that has only ever happened on one other occasion. Don't know at the minute whether this is good or not.
I have not noticed any significant change with the spider veins but I know it is early days and to me this is not that important.

Overall, I can honestly say I feel a lot healthier, I have more energy, I sleep so much better and don't regret it at all. I would definitely recommend it and urge people to try it. I am amazed that simply adjusting the angle of your bed can make such a difference.

Thanks Andrew!

Varicose veins, Asthma, sinus problems, oedema, botox failure,

Squirrel

My Inclined Bed Therapy Experience.
5 years ago I inclined my bed to help with asthma and nasal problems – that worked wonderfully, I breathe quite easily now, however, over the past 28 years I have had several operations to remove and repair varicose veins, Which had recurred four times already and I was told by the surgeon that they would recur again. Both my mother and maternal grandmother suffered dreadfully with this complaint. I enjoy walking and the thought of eventually developing leg ulcers was quite terrifying to me as it would be to anyone, but my legs are fine now without even a hint of blue lines let alone lumps the size of walnuts, furthermore I have not suffered with any swelling in my legs or ankles since I began IBT.
It hadn’t occurred to me that I no longer had a varicose vein problem because that wasn’t why I’d inclined my bed in the first place, that was a brilliant unexpected bonus.
The downside of having the bed inclined is that I tried ‘Botox’ (as we ladies of a certain age might) and it only worked for about a week. The cosmetic surgeon was amazed that the paralyzed muscles in my face repaired themselves so quickly. She said I should console myself with the fact that if I should ever have a stroke my facial muscles would be back to normal in double quick time!
When I go away on holiday where I don't have an inclined bed I have noticed that my nasal passages are usually blocked for part of the morning, and I feel quite sluggish and apparently my snoring is deafening. My partner suggests that we pack a few bricks into the cases so that he can get a decent night's sleep.

Sleep Apnoea, Seizures

Comment from IBT interview on Youtube: http://youtu.be/86ysFt9DCQQ with Clive de Carle
wingsonmyback1

I thought I would tell you my son had an EKG 2 years ago because he had a grand maul seizure and had to be induced in a coma for 24 hour in order for the seizure to stop, anyway his neurologist gave him an EKG and put him on seizure meds he also said the whole time he was having mini seizures. Last week he went in for a EKG and the doctor said his test came back better than the first one and he didn't have any mini ones while doing the EKG. That is very good news to me. Don't know if it is inclined bed or not but he doesn't suffer from sleep apnea anymore. I think the inclined bed is helping him.

Tony Moran Health Reports in from Radio Interview with Clive De Carle

IBT Health Reports in from Radio Interview with Clive De Carle

Tony Moran
My 2 year old son has had a bad chest and cough for a month, waking up every night vomiting due to the coughing. His mother was sleep deprived and tired. She wasn't convinced by my advice to try Inclined Bed Therapy, but she was in that posi
tion of seeing our child unwell and desperate for a nights sleep. I inclined his cot, he slept like a log the first night and has continued to do so, no more cough, well again and his cot is now staying in that position!.

Clive de Carle & Andrew K Fletcher's Inclined Bed Therapy UPDATE: As you will know if you have been following these posts, or better still, got involved, seemingly miraculous benefits can now be evidenced.

Myself, loved ones, friends and others, who have gotten past the life times conditioning we have received, to see natural health remedies as something harmful and sinister. Are all feeling so many similar benefits, that just this small group that have started out together, a mix of all ages, backgrounds etc, only linked by knowing me, can add weight to what i say.

Because i have been posting about Clive and Inclined Bed Therapy, i must make it clear, although both of massive benefit, are different ways of improving your health for nothing and next to nothing in financial outlay.

Inclined bed therapy costs nothing if you wish to incline your bed in the most basic of ways. Clive's way will cost you nothing, other than a total change in eating habits, or if that is a step too far, the simple addition of the vital minerals and vitamins, to your existing diet (approx £20 - £30 month) to be optimal.

Now here is where the evidence becomes vital. Because of all the people i have worked hard to influence, through no other thought than care and love, some have chosen to do one or the other and some both.

Inclined Bed Therapy:

Those who have only tried this, have each to a man, woman and child (well their parents) have all noticed:

Massive improvements in sleep. The quality of it, the feeling of being refreshed on waking, more alert, more balanced.
Back, neck and other muscular problems have gone, or greatly improved.
Swollen feet and legs, varicose veins reducing by the day.
Sinus and migraines reducing by the day.
More vitality, energy, and emotional well being. Arthritic pain reduction.

Clive de Carle:

Those who have ordered the essential minerals and vitamins from Ancient Purity after becoming convinced by this deeply knowledgeable man, have also benefited greatly in many ways:

Long term anxieties, depressions, OCD behaviours, and fluctuating mental health problems have all bee reported to have virtually disappeared overnight.
Energy levels firing on all cylinders.
Clarity of mind, ability to get more things done, no feelings of being overwhlemed by daily pressures.
Arthritic pain massively reduced and with some no longer a problem.
Joint problems, back problems.
Sleeping better, better moods, better relationships.

The lists go on and this is all evidence, just from the group of people i know and have manged to influence.

Its taking me a lot of effort to break through, even the conditioning of those i care for and love most. The people i work with everyday, the people i see around me, suffering from so many ailments of the body and mind, needlessly.

This is no sales pitch, because i have nothing to gain from this. In fact i could do without the energy it takes, but i'm passionate about the most difficult things and this is just another worthwhile challenge.

Do your own research peeps or ask me and i'll guide you to it. Its wonderful!!! (Removed names for privacy reasons) and the many more benefiting. Share some or all of the benefits underneath in the comments please, its important to keep the momentum going. I understand privacy is required on some issues, but there is a way to speak of other benefits without revealing everything.

Appreciated!!!!!

Inclined bed brings Immediate improvements,Thursday  1-Jul-1999 23:12:50,35.9.11.32 writes,I was dx 9 yrs ago with Chronic Progressive MS and using a cane. I just started sleeping on the incline bed 4 days ago. Immediately  I did not have to get up at night to use the bathroom which normally  I was getting up 2-4 times per night. I NOW sleep sound and ALL night  and get up in the a.m. refreshed and feeling
rested. Before  it took me a couple of hours to get my body functioning and seemed like it took movement to get the circulation moving. Therefore  I didn't even want to get up in the a.m. I was sleeping anywhere from ½ to 1 hr at a time trying to get my sleep  not ready to get up till 11:00 or 12:00 noon. Wasteing my days. After a just a few days  I was a different person  able to do many things and FEEL like
doing many things that I have not done in years. My legs quit aching that dull constant ache. I felt normal going to another room to retrieve an item or turn off a light or getting something I forgot. Normally  It was a really dreadful chore just limping to the other room to perform a task  no matter how small. I felt like I was worn out all the time. I now feel much more like my old self  and it's been a couple years since I felt that way. I forgot just how good it felt just to FEEL like WANTING to do something. My husband is sharing this experience on the inclined bed and I am noticing how his snoring has become  quieter and shorter. He also mentioned mine is too. He has lots of trouble falling to sleep and it has sometimes taken him 3-5 hrs. He works nights and sleeps days. Yesterday he was asleep in 1 ½ hrs.
I'm gonna keep my eye on this and see if it continues. He is getting use to the incline  but I am so excited about all the little things that I notice happening  that I can't wait for night knowing more good things will be happening. I would definately recommend this for all who wish to try it  I believe in it.   Some people do take longer to adjust or see any results  but we're all different and no matter how long it takes  it is helping your body. It was mentioned some people have a backache or soreness moving up the spine and a stiff neck. After which  they will then begin to see some good results. Will on my 3-4th days I had a sore throat and thought maybe I was coming down with a cold. Well  it felt like sore glands in my neck. Guess that was the stiff neck they were talking about. It left during the day and I felt good. Well  Time for bed and I gotta run. (Maybe I really will some day) Thanks Andrew! Good Luck to Everyone who joins this Survey  I don't think you'll ever regret it. I know I WON'T!!

Drop Foot Greatly improved and gave my cane time off.,Wednesday 7-Jul-1999 01:13:11,35.9.48.43 writes,Just had to tell you  that my drop foot is almost  non-existant  I cannot believe how well I can
walk. Of course  I still have to be careful about balance and going downstairs slowly. But  I can go down stairs and up stairs  without helping lift up my leg with my hands. 3 Trips up and downstairs in One
day  are about what I took All last year. I even did the laundry haven't done that in about 1 ½ yrs. I love the bed and sleep so well. I just feel Great! Please  Everyone  don't just say "Su-u-ure?"  Try it! You must prove to yourself that it works.  You have my thoughts & prayers.  ,Connie-Michigan

After 23 days  still enjoying improvements.,Monday 19-Jul-1999 22:25:16,35.9.49.121 writes,I posted 23 days ago  when I started sleeping on the incline bed. I've had improvements from the first night and just wanted you all to know that I am still enjoying all those improvements. (Read my 1st post above for all the particulars) I really enjoy sleeping on the bed and feel so refreshed and clear headed. I have Chronic Progressive MS. At least 8 people in my family are now sleeping on the incline bed  also  and are noticing improvements in their own sleeping habits. (No nighttime bathroom visits  and snoring has stopped)  They have only been doing this for 1 week  therefore  as time goes by  they will no doubt be reporting More "Good Health" news.   Connie

My Experience Deanna Castro

Inclined Bed Therapy - IBT - My Experience

Deanna has suffered with ruptured vertebrae and excruciating pain since she injured her back. IBT has helped Deanna recover her health and life.

Transcript from Deanna's video:

This is Deanna Castro here, I want to tell you about this amazing thing that I have found, called Inclined Bed Therapy.

A man named Andrew K Fletcher, he invented it, he discovered it. And what it is is that you raise the head of your bed six inches and with that all kinds of things are healed.

I have seven disks that are bulging, three in my neck and four in my back.

And a man in a wheelchair who couldn't walk and who was told he would never walk again is up and walking.

So I figured if Inclined Bed Therapy or (IBT) could do that for him, what would it do for me?
And I have been doing it for 4 nights now and I have noticed a lot, my skin is clearer

There is oh my neck feels so much better.

As I move throughout the day, my neck has been gently popping and it feels really good.

I am more rested, I am having more dreams, not necessarily bad ones, just dreams and when I do lay flat, I laid on the floor the other day and I noticed that my chest was super heavy and my heart had to work so much harder.

The other cool thing is that m15 cm bed / furntiture risers / raisers suitable for Inclined Bed Therapyy son was sick and his is always sick for ever and my brother in law, head had the same symptoms and was sick for a week and my son was over coughing and a runny nose in 24 hours, which was pretty amazing, that never happens.

And my daughter, shed didnt have her bed on risers yet and she caught the same thing and it's been hanging around for a couple of days so hopefully the hardware store will be open today, it wasn't yesterday and I can get her bed inclined as well.

And I just wanted to quickly show you what it looks like with the risers, it's super cheap, we wnet to Ace Hardware and spent $15 maybe on the risers, you get a set of four IBT suitable bed raisers.

You only need two, so I put two on our bed and two on my Son's bed.

And then my Daughter is going to get another two and the other two will go in my bag while I am travelling. So in the hotels I can raise my bed.

So yeah you gotta try it, it's fantastic, anybody who has high blood pressure, ms, any kind of back problems, anybody who is alive really should try it because it is awesome!

I will link Andrew K Fletcher's Website below so be sure and check it out, he has a lot more information and he can tell you all of the scientific things about it. And there are some testimonies on there as well.

And I already have one other person trying it, my aunty said that she slept really really well, last night was her first night and she is well rested and my Husband he said that he has noticed his posture has improved and I can see that too. I feel like I have grown because my neck isn't compressed as much so that's pretty awesome.

Okay, I will show you.   This is what my bed looks like while it's on the incline.

This is the bed riser. it's like a little bucket that you put under the wheel of your bed and since we have a king-size bed we actually had to improvise a little on the middle there.

You can see I stacked up some magazines, well my husband did it. And my Back Book, well we put that under the middle leg :)

And then the other leg on the other side has one of those little buckets.

And that's it Bye

Sandra Shares her IBT Healing from Pain, Injury, swelling, arthritis.

Sandra is 60 years young and has suffered severe pain, swelling and repeat surgeries on a damaged knee since she was hit by a motorcycle aged 13. When Sandra walked, you could see the pain on her face, she had a pronounced limp, causing her to lean forwards. She frequently collapsed when her affected knee gave way. She was diagnosed with arthritis, which added to her mobility problems. Simply walking on level ground has been a challenge and as we all know our age only makes our problems much worse, or does it?

When Harry Met Andrew Brachytelephalangic Chondrodysplasia Punctata

When Harry Met Andrew

11/01/2014

Inclined Bed Therapy for children with Brachytelephalangic Chondrodysplasia Punctata

I was invited to meet Harry age 14 by his father to hear from his son how sleeping on an inclined bed raised six inches at the head end has transformed his life in a year.

Our meeting took place at a local pub. Dad was waiting for me outside and immediately phoned his wife to bring Harry along. I had heard that this lad was articulate and very intelligent, despite his very rare and debilitating medical condition. I had already spoken with his dad on several occasions, before and during IBT.

Harry's first positive gain from using Inclined Bed therapy (IBT) reported by his Father was that he had stopped wetting the bed and that he was very proud of this achievement which gave him a huge confidence boost.

Harry walked into the bar and walked towards us. Dad said this is Andrew, the man who asked us to tilt your bed. Harry shook my hand and said thank you for helping me and we sat down for what turned out to be a conversation I will remember for the rest of my life.

Harry stunned me with his articulation and depth of knowledge in a wide range of subjects. His positive attitude, sense of doing the right things in life are a credit to his family, friends and teachers. They have helped Harry enormously and he has helped himself and everyone around him by being Harry.

We learned a lot from a lad who had been put through the mill with numerous operations on his spine, including having a Harrington Rod fixed to keep his spine straight, which had to be removed after it was protruding through his skin. He later had a bone graft to fuse his spine but despite this, according to his dad, he was still suffering from scoliosis bending forward due to poor cartilage growth.

This condition affects the nasal passage, making it difficult to breath through the nose, restricts air flow to the lungs, which results in poor oxygenation with causes fatigue, breathlessness and regular infections. It also affects skeletal and cartilage growth and causes spinal column compression.

Harry is very light in frame and muscle. We discussed how this had changed over the last year. He told me that his legs and arms are much stronger and his muscles are developing better now. He added pointing to the corner of the bar and then to the door, stating that if at age 13 he had walked that distance he would have been fatigued and needed to rest. Now he adds, he can walk a mile and possibly more.

He had never been able to swim because of his buoyancy, poor posture and lack of muscle, saying he sank each time he tried. He now enjoys swimming.

I asked if he has a better immunity to infections such as colds and flu. We learned than that this was the first time since birth that he had avoided winter bugs, despite his father mother and brother all having flu he had somehow dodged it. We have known for a long time that using IBT helps to protect us against coughs colds and flu. I for example get initial symptoms, go to bed and find that symptoms have vanished. Not to say this happens every-time, as we did manage to get a particularly nasty virus last year that took a few days to shake off.

Everyone around Harry has noticed his pyjamas which always fit are now flying at half mast. In other words he is experiencing an accelerated growth spurt-when for years he has barely grown at all. Of course we would need to test this on a larger group of children with the same condition but there is an inherent lack of funding, will and expertise. But most of all this is a very rare condition, so I doubt it will ever happen in the realms of the medical and pharmaceutical studies because there is zero chance of recouping their investment. And there lies the main problem with bringing forth to mainstream medicine a FREE therapy. He said you should be a very rich man from this discovery. Dad jumped in and said; Son some people do things for the money. Andrew does not do this for money, he does it because he cares and wants to help people because he is a kind person.

Harry and I spent a long time discussing how IBT was discovered? why it is not accepted? Why don't people listen? why don't people just do it? I replied as best as I could to such an expert interrogator,. Believe me he is one tough and astute young lad. In fact his range of knowledge puts a lot of adults on their backfoot. I told him that if a thousand people read my research and advice, perhaps 5 people would try it. Most would shrug their shoulders thinking what's this got to do with me or who are you, or what qualifications do you have or you are no doctor. He replied; “but my Dad listened to you”. He added “I can make them listen to you”! Will you come to my Special needs school and talk to the parents and teachers. I will tell them what you have done for me and you can tell them why it works! I said they won't let me come to your school to talk about health issues because I am not a doctor. He said; “Believe me when I have spoken with them they will listen”! He said; “I want to tell everyone and I will come with you to any part of the World to let them know about your discovery.” My eyes were welling up, still are as I write this. His dad's and Granddad's eyes were also welling. What a kid you have there, I said, he is amazing and I am overwhelmed with having this opportunity to talk with young Harry.

Harry said he wants to be a good politician, to do things right and to avoid all of the mistakes that politicians make. He would make a fantastic politician! He told me about how he spoke to some man who was shouting at kids in wheelchairs telling them to shut up. He went up to the guy and spoke calmly saying; There is no need to be rude and harsh to these children. You are lucky, you have a normal life in a normal body. Try saying shush calmly instead. That guy has been silenced forever.

Kathy who has ms and CCSVI has been using IBT for 6 months.

Kathy Hutchinson 11 June 2010 at 18:43
Wanted to let you know, Andrew, that although I am still in W/C, I believe the sole reason I am able to manage living alone and not in full care facility is these last 6 months of IBT. I do have ccsvi as demonstated by a 2007 mri that a doctor freind kindly reread recently and made a special trip to my home to tell me. Needless to say, I am among the thousands in Canada who are fighting for the right to have blocked veins treated. As you know, once it is suggested you have 'ms' you become the sole property of neurologists and the 'drug cartel'.Andrew, I no longer choke, have labored breathing, severe incontinance, purple feet, terrible panic attacks, vertigo..Thanks to you, Kathy

Andrew, This is my permission to you to use anything I've related/written re; IBT as well as my name...I have difficulty typing/vision etc...

John Cann 69 Spinal Cord Injured Using IBT Featured in Sunday Independent

Miracle of medicine

JUST by raising their beds with a few blocks of wood, or some house bricks, scores of spinal injury sufferers say that they have noticed a dramatic improvement in their conditions. But how can such a simple method seem to succeed where conventional medicine has failed Chief reporter ANTHONY ABBOTT looks at the apparent phenomenon of the Naturesway Sleep System:

John Cann Spinal Cord Injured Using Inclined bed Therapy

DELIGHTED John Cann is standing on his own two feet again after eight years of paralysis in his legs and he is convinced its all down to a simple bed treatment.

John had no feeling in his legs for eight years after an operation went wrong, but following two years of treatment using a raised bed method pioneered in the West Country, he has got the feelings back in his legs and now is determined to walk.

The 69-year-old is amazed at the effect the simple treatment has had over the past two years and has urged other people to try it for themselves.I raised the bed and that night I had no pain at all, he said. I had been going until about three in the morning and then had to have an injection to get back to sleep. Now I make a point of standing up with my standing frame every day while I watch the news in the evenings to build up my strength. I never give up and now I have set myself the next aim to go for. I am going to walk unaided. I may need cr-utches and then sticks, but I am going to walk again.

Former engineer Andrew Fletcher, who invented the Naturesway Sleep System six years ago, said that he was astonished when he visited John at his home in Gunnislake to see him standing. He says that many people have benefitted from the simple treatment of raising the head of their beds a few inches, but in the case of John it had been very dramatic. It was just incredible, said Andrew. I was nearly in tears. Here was a man who was told there was nothing that could be done for him; had felt nothing for eight years and then in the last two years has got feeling back in his legs. John, a former commercial diver who served in the Army, was keen on rugby and canoeing until the operation left him paralysed. He was told that however much movement he had after two years, there would be no further improvement that was until he tried the bed-raising technique. But as the months went on, he noticed pains travelling through his legs and realised that it was the nerves regenerating. After all this pain, I noticed I was getting more and more feeling back and found I could flex muscles I had not been able to flex before, said John. The only things that do not hurt are my ankles, and my right knee is not very strong. I can stand, but only using my standing frame at the moment. Andrew has now arranged for John to use a parachute harness that will fully support his legs, and a rail is being fitted to a wall at his home so that he can move around on his feet more often. Andrew said that many people were sceptical about the effects of the raised bed method and it had not worked for everyone. But he added: If it can do that for John, what cant it do for the rest of us I say go out in the garden, grab a couple of house bricks and give it a go.

I have around 50 clients using IBT (Incline Bed Therapy) Ken Uzzell

Greetings,

I have around 50 clients using IBT (Incline Bed Therapy) and get to massage and check their bodies regularly.

After a full body massage, much toxin residing in the body tissue is released into the blood stream for elimination, and for several hours afterwards can produce a feeling of light headiness, a good indication that the client has received a good detox massage.

The clients I have tested range from professional athletes, office workers, labours, senior retired people, active and non active youth and teenager. I.E. a broad range of our general community.

Those clients sleeping on an inclined bed no longer have this experience and has very clearly displayed the detox effect of IBT.

To test this out, several clients agreed to go back to sleeping horizontal, and within a month, started to experience light headiness again after a massage, displaying how quick toxins can build back up in the body.

In summary, IBT is currently the most effective method I have come across in detoxing the body.

All 50 clients have remarked on huge increases in energy and vitality, while experiencing far less pain, and most skeletal back problems have been resolved.

As a professional healthcare therapist, I am staggered by these results and have seen excellent results from the youth through to the senior and retired members of my community.

The only downside I have witnessed is from the initial stages of muscular elongation, as the body adjusts to the slight traction load placed on it. For people with degenerative spinal conditions, it is important to start with a 2 inch incline and gradually increase it every few months. Some very nasty spinal degenerative conditions appear to be reversing without the need for surgery or drugs.

http://www.heal-me.com.au/ibt.html

Thanks Brian, and those reporters who have spread the message of this most amazing and free therapy for world health improvement. I believe it is the most profound and beneficial therapy I have come across in my career.

Regards,
Ken Uzzell

  • A message to smokers! For the first few weeks, may be a month, you will start coughing when you get out of bed in the morning, and this may pass after half an hour or so. This is IBT repairing your lungs. The increased humidity in your lungs and respiration improvements will provide an opportunity for your body to help repair damage done from smoking. IBT will also make it easier to kick the habit and for you to enter the wellness zone.
  • The best part is, it is free. Just a few blocks of wood under your bed.
  • Always start out at 3 or 4 inches, then work up to 6 to 8 inches incline.
  • As a therapist, I am staggered at the benefits provided.
  • E-mail Ken, I'd loved to hear from you.

Side Effects Reported

  • Initial aches in muscles as they elongate and reset (last 1 to 8 days) depending on incline.
  • Initial headaches - this is a result of Fascial Release and fast detox for such an extended period. The fascia is unwinding 8 hours a day, as you sleep, all systems in the body will respond and normalize. (lasts 5 to 10 days) depending on incline.
  • Emotional trauma releases from 3 weeks to 4 weeks and is ongoing depending on incline. This provides good health improvements. A product of fascia trauma exiting the body, permanently, this one aspect is worth the effort of this therapy and staying with it for a least 6 weeks to see how you go.
  • Body slip. Yep, you will slip down your bed 5 to 12 inches over the nights sleep and wake up with your feet hanging over the edge. (I've gotten use to it ;-)
  • Due to a raised respiration, you will de-hydrate a little more so keep a glass of water handy. Contra-Indicators

If you have any metal or foreign wire, stent, or object surgically installed into your body, then you must consult with your medical doctor prior to commencing IBT. IBT is going to elongate and change the structure and functioning of the body.

Report from a lady with ms who has used IBT for 2 months

Newfie-Girl
Posted on thisisms forum: Sun Apr 04, 2010 12:39 am    Post subject: 2 month update Hi Andrew, first of all, thank you, so very much for all your hard work and dedication to IBT. I am in my 9th week now and have my bed inclined to 5.5 in.

The results have been amazing:
The 1st couple of nights, I felt tingling ( a good tingling)of life coming back to my legs and hands. It was as if my body had been awoken after 10 years of sleep!
Dreaming has returned nightly, but I still don't remember a whole lot in the morning(must be an age thing Sad )
Less trips or no trips to the bathroom, this was something I noticed immediately, the first couple of nights.
Circulation is so much better, both hands and feet are toasty warm, compared to ice cold before.
I'm saving the best for last:

I have been in a wheelchair for 4 years now, and for the first time in 4 years, I can lift up my foot about 3 inches off the floor, a major accomplishment for me. I can even take a few steps unattended or holding on to something. I occasionaly use a walker and the strength in my left leg ( i suffer from dropfoot in that legs)is so much better. My family and friends are astounded by the difference in my gait, they say, I am standing straighter and stronger. I love my IB and will continue to follow this therapy forever. I would suggest to all MSers out there who are skeptical to get inclined,ASAP.

Sorry for such a long post but I could go on forever.Thank you, Thank you,Thank you, you are my hero!

Tracy From Facebook Wrote the following today after trying I.B.T. for just 18 days

I am sorry to be so presumptuous to email you on FB, but I wanted to tell you IBT is amazing. I am 35 and have had(known) MS for 8 1/2 years. I have been through every interferon, Tysabri, etc.. I was elated to learn about CCSVI - which came just in time - I was in the process of picking one of 3 dangerous medications. I am anti-pharmaceutical company to begin with but the theory behind CCSVI made too much sense to listen to my neurologist, so I had a friend cut blocks of wood for me and now sleep inclined nightly. It has been 2 1/2 weeks and there is a marked difference already. (I am on the waiting list at Ameds Centrum in Poland, but have not had the surgery yet). I no longer wake up dizzy everyday. No more pounding headache. Spactisity and Foot Drop are back to the way they were before my last relapse (only when I am tired). Even if I don't get Liberation Therapy, IBT is working. THANK YOU! YOU'RE A GENIOUS!Tracy

26 years post MS diagnosis Name omitted.

Dear Mr Fletcher, thank you so much for raising my bed. I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis twenty six years ago and have been paralysed many times.

Before raising my bed (April 96)

1. I had muscle spasm in my legs, especially in the morning and at night.
2. I had problems walking with weakness in my right leg. I was shaky and needed a stick.
3. I had a muscle weakness in my left eye.
4. I had a painful lump on my calf muscle which was growing, an orthopaedic condition (osteochondrmatosis which results in oedema). I had difficulty with my ankle and on-going physiotherapy was essential.
5. I was suffering weight loss.
6. I had asthma and used inhalers.
7. I had bad sinusitis and needed physiotherapy and inhalers.

Since raising my bed

1. I no longer get muscle spasm in my legs.
2. My walking is much improved. I do not use my stick anymore.
3. The eye weakness is much improved. It only ‘wanders’ when I am very tired.
4. The lump has shrunk to a small flat area; there is no pain, just a feeling of slight pressure. Physiotherapy is no longer required.
5. My weight has increased by over half a stone
6. The asthma is much improved-the inhaler was only needed a couple of times this summer for high pollen count level.
7. My sinusitis is much improved and less painful. Physiotherapy is no longer needed and I only occasionally use an inhaler.

I do not have the exhaustion, I feel more energetic and less tired. My ms is more stable; one day is more like the next and not so erratic. Raising my bed has brought positive results and continues to do so. I feel stronger as the months go by.

Further letter:

I forgot to mention the following information in my letter, concerning my improvement since raising my bed.
My balance has improved, I have had no relapses and my hair is in better condition and there is more of it!!.

My bladder control is much better, particularly at night. This is a real bonus!

Other people including nurses. Medics and friends, have remarked how much better I am.
They are amazed that my MS stayed stable when a painful operation without any anaesthetic (at my own request) to help keep my ms stable.
Everyone I amazed at the absence of my stick.

Best wishes (name omitted)

Spinal Cord Injury

John Cann Who Has a Spinal Cord Injury Walks after 11 Years Of Paralysis on Carlton Television News

Inclined Bed Therapy (IBT) has helped many more people with spinal cord injuries since this video was first shown on the local News. But it is not specific to Spinal cord injuries and has helped people with multiple sclerosis, ccsvi, parkinson's disease, cerebral palsy, psoriasis, varicose veins, oedema, leg ulcer, poor circulation, and many more conditions during 17 years of research.

On the forum, you will find evidence to support this statement from people who have simply tilted their beds.John Cann Walks after 11 years of paralysis using a simple non-invasive free therapy, discovered by Andrew K Fletcher, who has shown beyond any shadow of doubt that gravity plays a vital roll in the circulation of fluids and that posture in relation to the constant direction of gravity is of paramount importance when restoring function to all neurological and non-neurological damage.

On Saturday April 15th 2000, John obtained the timber for parallel bars to be erected at his home in Cornwall, On Sunday I went to John's home and completed the job, for tomorrow was to be a momentous occasion indeed.

John was left paralysed, in 1990, when surgery to his spine went wrong. He was told that after two years any chance of further recovery would be highly unlikely and for the next six years he experienced little if any change in his condition. Monday morning I am on my way to John's home in Cornwall, to meet with Tim Iredale, who is a news reporter for Carlton Television Southwest. We intended to witness something truly magical. But could not have imagined what was in store for us.

John was about walk in front of a television camera and crew for the first time in close to ten years. John had told me that he had regained the ability to move his legs, but I had grossly underestimated how much function John had regained. https://youtu.be/u3D7tBQfCxQ

During the interview, John was asked to show how he manages to get out of bed now and he transferred with ease both in and out of bed, leaning back and lifting his legs. He was then asked to raise his legs while lying on the bed and he obliged with ease. When asked if he could feel when touched on his legs, he replied my legs feel like normal legs instead of heavy weights. John then went on to explain how much of the swelling in his legs had gone-and that this flies in the face of the current act of elevating the legs above the heart. Advise from the medical profession, which John duly ignored in favour of sleeping with his legs down.
Fortunately for John this meant that he could now wear ankle braces and special shoes, which would, provided support for his substantially weakened and as yet unresponsive ankles.
John approached the parallel bars in his wheel chair and applied the brakes when he was in position. He grasped the two ends of the parallel bars and using his legs he pushed himself into a vertical position. Towering some six feet four inches, John moved one leg in front of the other, bending the knees as he lifted each leg to walk 12 feet to the end of the bars. I turned and looked at Tim and saw disbelief and astonishment flash across his face, I bet my face was a sight to behold too. John then turned his powerful 19 stone body around and walked, yes walked back to his chair. Struggling and somewhat weakened by the experience, he lowered his body into the chair and his face had the expression of a boxer who had just knocked down his opponent. He said casually: 'Was that alright'? John had indeed delivered a powerful blow to his opponent.
Fortunately heavy rain prevented us from doing a retake and the rest of the interview took place in John's bedroom.
When the story was finished and everyone was ready to leave, I turned and thanked the camera man and Tim Iredale, who turned and said that this is one of those days that you will always remember, one of those days when you know exactly what you were doing.
The cameraman said while shaking my hand that: ' it has been a privilege to work with me and witness the results from such a simple application'.
I drove home the richest man alive that day and will remember it for the rest of my days.

On Monday the 17th April 2000 I waited for the local news on Carlton TV and saw the opening news which pictured me looking down my Naturesway Sleep System, a simple bed designed for to take us into the new millennium. After the interlude the fun really started. John was walking for everyone in the South West of England to see, at least. The news stayed focused on the remarkable effects of two eight-inch blocks tucked under the head end of John's bed. No $billion research, no waiting for the next ten years to see if it works and no room for any refutation of the results, which were plain for everyone to see on Carlton Television, News, Language Science Park, Plympton, Plymouth, Devon, UK. But John is not the only person with a spinal cord injury, who is benefiting from the effects of gravity, in fact there are two more people in the Torbay Area of Devon who are making steady progress.
